THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They do not return phone calls, and basically have their heads up their butts, because there is no communication between the corporate office and all their residences. There is a plan set up for the old bait and switch where they want you to place deposits at all cost to hold apartments. These front clerks are pushed to rent all the available apartments at all cost and will say or do anything for you to complete the application and deliver a deposit of $ 200 dollars plus, of which $ 49.oo is not refundable.
Prices change from one minute to the next and the models have additional features that the apartments you rent do not have, another form of bait and switch.
READ THE FINE PRINT. Otherwise, you will get screwed. Oh, and make sure that you look at an apartment that you would actually be getting, because they show you the better one of the two.
You get all old appliances and old carpet, but they show you a nicer place, saying it is the same you will get when you get yours cleaned up/ NOT TRUE/ We went through HELL trying to get true communication at all levels of a simple transaction but it was impossible. All the clerks at the front desk are young, silly, inexperienced and lack the customer service skills needed for this position.
