The customer service at this Marshall's location is absolutely horrible. Not only do they not know how to respect a customer who approaches them sincerely, but their items are often broken or ripped and if you don't notice before buying from them they wont allow you to return it. I bought some shoes and a smoothie cup from the clearance aisle and not an hour after I left the Marshalls I had noticed one of the shoes was ripped and the cup was cracked all around the top. I went back and told them honestly that I had not used either nor dropped the cracked up the woman assisting me not only talked to me in a very rude manor but accused me of lying and told me she wouldn't let me return my items. After about half an hour of arguing I gave up on trying to convince them and just left my items on the counter and walked out of the store. That was probably the last time I ever attend that Marshalls location.
