I contracted with Robin in Nov., 2015, with the scope of work to be done & she agreed NOT to go over the initial payment I gave her. The follow up meeting, 10 days later, came as a shock, she stated she went over the agreed amount & she took responsibility for that cost, yet she went behind my back and charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I am advising the BBB, State Consumer Affairs & all that hear me....Avoid this Martinelli, they DONT do what they say they will do.
I recently hired Robin to follow my husband Jan 2014. She has followed the wrong person and tried charged my card. I cant give too many details but to say the least I have been through hell with her and her company.
