Masseys sent me a letter sayiong I had a certian line of credit - I placed an order and that line of credit was not valaid.
I cancled the order but it shipped anyway - They did not fit and I returned them.
I was chaged over $23.00 for the original shipping and another $7.95 for the return shipping.
Who the hell wants to pay $30.95 for nothing? I called and they refused to refund anything saying they have no notes in their system saying i tried to cancle the oder prior to the ship date.
RIP-OFF, I have no way to prove that I called them other thatn a copy of my cell phone bill and they said that was not enoght to prove that I called to cancel anything! This compnay is
I started using mg Massey credit to replace some shoes. At First they were great to deal with. Then I did a second mail order with them and their billing tactics changed. They increased my monthly payment which was okay at First them they charged need a late.fee even though I paid on time and the minimum payment. They had the nerve to say my payment was short paid. Then had the gall to call me after the sent me the next month's statement wanting more money before my next payment Is due. I have noticed That I am not the First person to file a complaint against Massey's. I believe That they need to be made to close their doors until they can learn legal billing practices.
