Asked them nicely to credit me back so I could get the other service. NO WAY. Sorry, you were sent a text with a trade example so therefore no refund. I purchased a months worth of trade results and after only one round I contacted them right away. Don't want to say the ladys name since she represents the company's policy it's not personal. I just found out they charged my card again and I was real clear with her that I was not happy with their service. Now I have to go through all the BS involved with contacting my credit card co. and disputing and blocking this company from taking any more money from me. Darn!!! Hate getting involved with companies that don't care about anything but money and themselves. My bad, hope your more careful.
