Avoid like the plague! they lie, they cheat, they mis-lead, and they try to screw the tenant out of money instead of admitting their mistakes. When they make mistakes they expect it to be swept under the rug, but they will steam roll a tenant for anything they can. Plastic surgery is expensive i guess.
