Matt & Roxy fox violated the contractual lease we had for the rental of my home in Frisco Texas. Missed rent paments for many months and brought a dog into home without written approval. I felt physically threatened by them both when I tried to communicate and collect rent payments.
I finally had to evict them because they were so unreasonable. To bad for the kids to have to go through this.
