This elevator service company was hired at our community to provide repair service and maintenance on our elevators. The monthly service rate was lower than other so thats why the association hired this company. Over the year and a half with this company our repair bills were more thnt the past 10 years with other companies. Our mgmt company alerted us to this issue. We then come to find out that certain things that were said to be repaired were not it was fake repair bills. Why would you want to dismiss them? They charge for repairs they don't make. They do work improperly without permits. When you question whether the work was done, or ask them to show you what was done, they become very defensive and nasty. Further, they are unethical and underhanded in their business dealings. They constantly find more "problems" and things that need to be fixed to line their own pockets, rather than solve problems. Hire them and you'll find the number and cost of repairs increases.
