My car is a 740i BMW with only 72,3012 miles on it. I went there for an inspection. They took the car in, after an hour passed they told me I need 2 front bushings to be replaced. These things are heavy rubber about 2 inches in diameter and 3 inches in depth. They showed me a fresh new surface cut on the right side. I don’t understand how it happened on the same morning. What a coincidence… I took the car back and brought it to a local shop, where it passed the inspection with flying colors.
A year ago they tried to sell me tires for the same car saying that there is not enough thread on the tires and they failed the inspection. Then I went home got my thread depth gauge and checked the thread depth, sure enough, the gauge read 3/16. I called the main office and told them the story. They said to go back there and get my inspection done. And I did, they reversed their decision and the car passed the inspection…Obviously, they were lying from the beginning.
I do not understand how people give them a 5 star rating???
Went in for sweaky breaks told me I need new brakes and rotors. Got new breaks. The started speaking even worse. Brought back to them 2 times and they insisted it needEd new rotors. Spent 600 on new rotors and breaks. Went to another shop and the told me the break sheemy a 20 dollar part was all that was needed. A bunch of crooks. Watch out for that manager Patrick a real sleaze ball.
