First, allow us to say we are 3 currently employed sups who work between the first and third floor. We have remained silent long enough. We know what's going on and we are here to put a stop to this!!
1) We saw two of our female managers with sup rating sheets two weeks ago. Sups, we are being rated so they can get rid of the the ones they don't like after April 1st. This came down from Michelle Paiz. Any new sups who either just got promoted from agents or outside sups who got hired including the trainers who just moved up to sup level are all screwed after April 1st. MAXIMUS plans on laying off over 600 workers including sups and possibly some managers. This is so messed up!
2) Yvette Norton (Sup) and Jeannette Rodriguez-Guzman (Trainer) with a bunch of other trainers and now a bunch of other sups have filed a 5 million dollar lawsuit for back wages, punitive damages, racist, etc....So tell us, how many black men or women got promoted to either sup or manager in this last round? Yeah, we thought so!!! So, Google Norton VS MAXIMUS and get in touch with the law firm here in Boise and they'll be happy to have you jump in on this lawsuit. By the time it's all said and done MAXIMUS won't be paying out 5 million but, more like 50 million. With over 130 sups and 20 trainers we'll have MAXIMUS praying for foregiveness.
3) All 3 of us are hoping that Helene Fisher is reading this. We know she's a very smart woman. Hey Helene, you wanna save this place from embarrassment - fire Michelle Paiz, Alice C? from Brownsville, the bull-dyke manager in Boise, the new biatch training manager (who's also a carpet muncher) your gay manager Anthony who's about as useless as Bob was. Stop trying to make Boise like Brownsville cause it aint' working!!! We are smarter, whiter and probably 4X larger than them. Bob screwed us up but, at least David M. is trying to save us. Keep Brownsville off our asses and we'll survive just fine.
4) To all agents - you're being screwed!! Your jobs will be lost very soon. We ask straight forward questions about what happens after April 1st and all we do is get the run around. CMS has their heads up their asses. GDIT is bleading us dry. Sheila and Derric could care less about our site and our folks, etc... They hired us to get over the hump and they will now throw us to the wolves.
Boise is better than this and we deserve better! MAXIMUS brought almost 2,000 jobs to this beautiful city of ours and now our name is such an embarrassment in this community.
