They installed a Rennai boiler/ heater several years ago. Our mistake was thinking the were friends and a big mistake that turned out to be. After numerous problems , we called another dealer who claimed we were over charged 3 k. Not only that the installation itself was not done correctly, eliminating any convince. However, the worse part is they ( the experts ) installed the wrong size unit. The house is incapable of getting over 60 degrees in cold weather...not pleasant . Also according to the manufacturer the installed unit is for a home .5 to .75 the size of ours. It seems we paid for the larger unit but got the smaller one. This one is being replaced by a an adequate unit for much less than the cost of the original one......
