Gina Rush contacted me in July 2014 about a resume I had posted to one of the popular job search sites. She informed me that she represented a trusted employment agency and asked me to come into their office to speak with her in person. I met with her one afternoon to discuss my employment search and possible job opportunities that she may be able to get for me. She looked over my resume and explained to me their vast network of employers and all the connections she had with various businesses across the state and that it would be no issue for her to find me the job of my dreams. She showed me their "100% money back guarantee" if they could not find me the job that I want within 6 months. She went on to brag about all of her accomplishments which I should of been suspect about to begin with since she looked like an aged Hooters waitress with no education wishing she was still in her 40's. I was very leary about the deal since she was asking me to pay her $5000 up front so I began to ask more about the guarantee. She explained it would be no problem, no hassles and worry free. Since their office was located in a nice office suite in the Fishers area I bought into her pitch and paid the money. She then introduced me to Rafael Manzon who I assumed was her boss but looked like a pimped out stand in for one of the munchkins on the Wizard of Oz. He again assured me their business was legitimate and reiterrated their "100% Guarantee". I agreed to their services and for the first few weeks, she was on it, she had some lady rebuild my resume right away which they forwarded to me so I felt pretty good that something was going to happen. A month went by and she introduced me to a gentleman by the the name of Erik Dale who was going to be my personal agent in finding a job. I met with Erik every Friday afternoon with no hits or employment opportunities but at least he was trying. Two months go by and Erik tells me he is resigning so Gina and Erik both explain to me that a new lady by the name of Emily Blum would be handling my employment search from here on out and I was to come in and meet with her next week. I spoke with her several times on the phone over the course of a month and half with still no success although she did manage to enter my email address with every job search website on the internet so I get tons of useless emails everyday. After another month has gone by, I stopped hearing from Emily so I called her office phone (which went straight to voicemail) and within a week I received a call back from Gina who explained to me that Emily had quit and left her with a ton of work so she was going to PERSONALLY handle my case from here on out. That was over a month ago and I havent heard from Gina or anyone else in that office since. Ive tried calling the phone numbers, both of which go straight to voicemail, I sent emails but received no replies, I went on to the office buildings website to see if there might be a number to the front desk where I could ask someone what was going on and I found out that their office at is now vacant and up for lease. I'm only hoping that if ANYONE has any transactions with either of these people that you run in the other direction and call the police. I plan on conacting an attorney to start legal proceedings and notifying the states Attorney Generals office and reporting the two of them for unethical and fraudulent practices in hopes that their white collar crime spree leads the two of them to the Marion County Jail.

On February 7, 2014 Raphael Monzon, designated representative for McGrady Hill, and I executed an agreement for employment services and tendered a $5,000 fee in consideration of the agreement. Under the 6 Month Viable Offer Guarantee in the agreement, McGrady Hill was to coach and assist me in attaining job opportunities. 'In the case that the client has not attained a viable job offer 6 (six) months from the signed contract, McGrady Hill will refund the client's money'.

During my time with McGrady Hill, I was assigned 3 (three) different coaches. The first 2 coaches found opportunities for themselves and left the company, having done little to find opportunities for me. The third coach was very diligent, performing more on my behalf in one month than the previous 2 coaches had done in the previous 6 months. She determined after one month that she did not need McGrady Hill in order to perform her work and left the company to work independently.

During the entire duration of the agreement, McGrady Hill failed to identify a single employment opportunity. I was never asked to interview nor was any offer of employment made by any company. On November 3, 2014 I tendered written notification, as required by contract, to Rafael Monzon, stating the failure of the company to fulfill the promise of the contract to obtain a viable offer and requesting return of my $5,000 fee. Raphael took no action on the request and did not refund the fee. Since that time Raphael has failed to respond to any correspondence and has never refunded the fee, failing to me his contractual obligation.
