Misty Nelson, MDA Tax Services, took our money to help settle our tax situation and then for one year did nothing while the IRS kept sending us "consideration" notices on our request for a payment schedule. Then after a year of no action we get a notice from the IRS that Misty Nelso is no longer representing us. I tried to call MDA and the number is disconnected. This is a total scam. Do not give any money to MDA Tax Services or any organization represented my Misty Nelson.
