Hello, my name is Esperanza A I enrolled, payed and started classes on January 20th 2014 at Medical Careers Services in Oxnard, California. I attended many classes to pursue my medical assistant diploma. After seven months of attending classes and courses I finally had the opportunity to take my final exam in order to receive my diploma. After taking my final exam i was told to wait a week for my results. A week later I receive no call, no email no nothing, I was very confused and frustrated. I decided to go in person to the medical careers service school in Oxnard to talk to someone about my exam results. Once i arrived at the school i found out they have been closed and shut down. Now i am reaching out to the the bureau to get help... I lost all my money and time with out any diploma and the saddest part is that i never received a phone call or email telling me the school was shutting down.
