Beware of Ron Termechi, he is not who he appears to be!! He still owes me thousands of dollars in back wages and overtime. He had me illegally drive him around in a car with no insurance while he smoked lot and snorted cocaine in the backseat! He is an extreme abuser verbally and of the California State Labor Laws. He constantly made me work overtime without paying me resulting in a wage less than minimum wage!! Do not do business with this guy he is going to ruin Melrose Bakery Company with his abusive nature and drug addiction!! I saw him on several occasions abuse women.
