Customer service only available for 5 hours Monday through Friday, no human interaction, only voice mail which they never respond to. Email takes up to 2 days before you get a response. I ordered a cell phone from them, and after a month and a half, the back and menu keys stopped working. Now, a week after the keys stopped working, the bottom part of the screen no longer responds to touch. After the initial response from them with suggestions to remove battery and hard resetting/factory reset, the buttons still don't work and I responded back telling them so. No further response in spite of the fact that the phone is under warranty. I have never dropped the phone or gotten it wet. I treat the phone like a baby. There's absolutely no excuse for any device to stop working this quickly after purchase, and for customer service to be so lax in fixing/solving my issues. Like the title of my post reads, do not by anything from Merimobiles.com. You will be sorry!

Stay away from these FRAUD artists I order the N101 tablet(130 EUR) for my birthday Order No: 60046 When it came the tablet was DOA. It was dead. It never open up. I tried everything their tech team told me but nothing. The tablet was dead and it wasn’t opening at all. So they told me to send it back and so I did. I paid 25 EUR to send it back to them. Then I told them to refund my card because there wasn’t enough time so they receive the tablet and send it back. They said they will refund me when they receive the tablet. I asked them if I need to make a dispute on Paypal and they said no. Be careful because they want you not to make the dispute so a lot of days pass and you lose your dispute window with Paypal. So proceed to dispute immediately if you ever get in my position. When they received the tablet they emailed me that they can’t proceed to the refund because the tablet is not DOA. They said that they reset it (they didn’t say how) and they installed new software and that they are sending it back. I asked them to refund me because the tablet was dead on arrival and it never open or work at any way.It supposed to be a new product. Despite my request they send it back. When it came it worked for 2 days and then it went back to dead again. It doesn’t respond to anything. I emailed them and we exchange over 50 emails by now because they are treating me like I’m stupid. I have a Master in Information Systems MIS and the only thing their tech is asking me is if I long press the button or if I pressed them at the same time. They asked me this 20 times. They never said anything else to solve the problem. They are a fraud artist Company because they send defective DOA products to customers and then they are postpone you all the time with emails and they put you to pay 25 EUR to send back the product and then they send it back to you fixed so it can work for 2 days and then go dead again. Then you start over the emails and they will ask you 100 times the same things so the days are passing and your PAYPAL and CREDIT CARD dispute window is passed. I will make a YOUTUBE video with the dead tablet. You can search it on YOUTUBE with these keywords: merimobiles, tablet, vido N101, problem, DOA, scam, fraud protect. These people will tell you that this DOA product was working when it arrived to them. LOL After their tech team has nothing else to say then this fraud Company will never answer your emails again, since they already got your money and they have send you a dead product. I have all the unbelievable conversations (chats and emails) with them and who ever wants to read them feel free to email me and I will send it all. My email is [email protected] I will also create a website for people that have been scammed by these FRAUD MASTERS. In this site I will post all my experience with them and I will allow other customers to post their problem with them too. I bought a phone from Merimobiles.com over 2 weeks ago. Having placed the order I inquired about the status of my order. I was then told that they didn't have the phone in stock. I asked for a refund and was persuaded to wait a couple of days to see if the phone could be sourced. After 2 days of waiting I asked for an update, and was told that the phone was in stock, but that my card needed to be verified. So, the next day I gave them my number to verify on, low and behold, no phone call. Talking to them on their live chat system, I was told that the phone was out of stock. ("It's a hot selling phone", I was told...hmmmm....).

Accepting the dubious claim I asked for a refund. It has been over two weeks since I ordered a phone I believe they never actually had in stock, and I still don't have a phone, or a refund. It's frustrating because the money I have tied up with them is to be used to replace my non functioning phone.

The bottom line to this review is to warn that they sell phones they don't actually have. While I appreciate that it can be risky to buy lots of stock that may turn out to be unsellable in a months time, I find the lies and length of time it has taken for a refund entirely unacceptable.

Customer service can be hit and miss. Sometimes I'd speak to a helpful agent, other times I'd get lies.

BUYER BEWARE, if you don't have enough disposable cash to cover waiting absolutely ages to be refunded for a transaction that never should have taken place, avoid this store.

If you buy something from this merchant, pray that the phone/tablet is not defective. If you are unlucky and receive one that is not fully functional, then the nightmare will come. If you chose to do an exchange, it will take approximately 3 months. If you want a refund, their teams will find a way to apply a 20% restocking fee (you already pay $30 for return shipping and must use USPS, which is not trackale for China region unless you choose express mail). On my android tablet order, they argue that the feature is not listed on the spec page. They don't list everything an android device should be able to do on their page. The tablet is even much thicker than the spec listed. The tablet wifi tethering did not work properly when I test it, but they claim the manufacturer said there is no problem with it. If you have a chance to test their claimed 5 MP camara (Window Mini One), I would say the quality is only better than my old flip phone, which is 1.3 Vga. Worst customer service I ever deal with.
