I trusted my first online gambling experience with Mermaids Palace online Casino. They have ignored and given me the complete run-around since I ligitimately won $3,500 from their casino. They have not answered their phone or responded to any of my requests to speak with management. This has been three months now since my documented winnings undeniably written in my online statements. They also have every piece of my personal information possible per their request to finalize my withdrawal process. I feel extremely vulnerable knowing they have all my information and afraid to threaten to report them because they still owe me money- a lot of it!! I wish my experience had been better so I could've experienced some of the benefits of winning gambling. I wanted to take my family on a vacation and now have to let my young daughter down. I've lost all faith in this casino and others in general. I'm just a girl who got lucky, isn't that what a casino experience is supposed to be about. Now I'm very upset at how extremely unprofessional this company is and I still expect retribution. It seems only legal to pay customers what they legitimately won or I learn the hard way and if so, I hope to see their business sink!!!
