Property Preservation Crooks Michael and Tanya DeGeorge operating MLDM are very ruthless crooks. They run ads on Craigslist recruiting Property Preservation subcontractors. They send you a Pricelist and paperwork you are to return and send you work orders. You are required to use your own equipment, pay ypur own gas, buy your own materials and wait 30-60 days for your first check. They load ypu up with work and you do this expecting to be paid enough to cover your expenses and earn enough to pay your bills and be able to support yourself and your family.
What you get is many work orders that you drive all over creation to find out you only get a trip charge since there is a Homeowners Association you cannot do the work or its a gated community with no access or the work was done already when they double ordered the work or they send you the wrong address or many other issues that they should know before they send you on a wild goose chase. These trip charges only pay $5.00. You lose money on each and every one like this.
Many work orders are even for occupied dwellings placing you in danger for using master keys and entering these properties. Work Orders are given to you reguarly that are overdue. But you are told to do them and many times you are told they will pay you above the pricelist for you to complete them.
When it is time for you to get paid, everything has been so delayed they prey on that. They stall to pay you. They then take all the work orders that were late when you got them and deduct late fees!!!!! If you complain you are yelled at and insulted. They do not pay for the majority of your work and if you dont quit out of frustration, they keep even more the next payrun. All in all you get cheated on 90% of all your money they owe you.
