I just recently got back with Metropcs. I got a brand new phone, paid my first month bill & went on my way. Within the next two months having my phone when i receive phone calls or call out Ive been tild my phone goes in & out & the person on the line can't hear me. It's not due to the connection or damage to my phone because i have never gotten any water or anything on my phone. I take good care of every phone I buy. I hope i can get a brand new phone because this is ridiculous.

I had Metro PCS for about 3 years. About 3 weeks ago I could not dial out to two telephone numbers. I used to be able to dial them and get the number. Now they don't work and I called Metro PCS and they filed a report and were supposed to service them but they did not fix the problem. I called twice and they keep saying they are working on it but never give me any update. Their customer service is poor.

Very disassitifed customer. Was promised 49.95 rebate for money I paid to company to activate my cell phone at MetroPCS. The 49.95 Rebate offer is considered a ripoff or scam.

I filled out all the necessary paper work to get my rebate. The rebate was approved and after 5 months, they informed me that it was mailed Sept 2014. As of Jan 2015 I still have not received the rebate in the mail.

After numerous attempts via phone to customer service, emails to their customer service, they finally looked up the rebate and told me that there was a balance on the card of $6.00. Someone has receved the card (visa card) with my name on it and placed purchases on the card.

MetroPCS does not ask for information to activate the card. In other words it does not matter who receives the rebate visa card (even though your name is on the card) anyone can use the card fraudulently.

They do not have any way of verifying the card or who is using the card. Someone else received my money/rebate and was allowed to spend that money that I paid directly to MetroPCS to activate my phone.

They refuse to issue a new card (no matter whose fault it is - theirs for putting the wrong address on it, the mail carrier for putting it in someone else mail box, or theirs for not verify information on the person who received the card with my name on it). I am being 100% honest about this issue and how much trouble it has been to get back 49.95 that was owed to me directly from MetroPCS. They are using a third party company to do their rebates, but MetroPCS nor the thirds party company care about your consumer loyalty.

I cannot be sure where it was mailed, who received it, but it is confirmed that my name was on the card and the rebate company (MetroPCS) allowed someone else to use the card. There is a huge flaw in their process and they do not care about retaining your business.

I paid my metro pcs bill more than 2 weeks late, $100. They are telling me, even though i paid for 30 days of service, that i paid $100 for 12 days of service, stating that i HAD to pay for the 18 days it was out of service. I paid my bill 12 days ago and thry are shutting my phone off tomorro. They are expecting me to pay $180 for the service for a month.

They say $50 down...if they use progressive finance you have three months to pay over $1000 for a $650 phone. If not you pay 52 weeks total $1800 for a $650 phone. In the store they don't tell you that..they say just divide 750 by payments. Then they e sign your contract without showing it to you. Now you are stuck. They use askjeeves as your email and store number for contact. Criminal actions.

DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING $35 A WEEK FOR 52 WEEKS FOR A $650 PHONE.

I purchased a LG Esteem cell phone from MetroPCS in Hawthorne California and was given a rebate form which I immediatly sent in. It took almost 24 month (2 years) to recieve my rebate. I had nothing but an F-U responce from their customer service rebate tracker representatives. I also went to the store location where I bought the phone and they did nothing but give me the useless corporate headquaters customer service phone number.

This past August I sent a letter to the franchise owner & actually then recived a call from a regional representative named Jessica Sippolini who said the company would credit my account & that was 90 days ago and still no credit to the account. So I have sent another letter to the owner of the Hawthorne & Lawdale stores & we will see if Mr.Raymond Hernandez will do at this point. It is just a spit in the face from both the Corporate offices & the retailers who represent them. The documentation is posted at http://www.weebly.com/weebly/main.php and if you have a similar complaint against this retailer please send an email.

I purchased 2 phones at Pinellas Park Metro store on 6/12/14. Mine was a LG Optimus L70. The other was a gift for my grand daughters birthday.

I immediately had problems with mine. Certain people I texted were receiving the texts in a Japanese dialect. I would text one person, and the text would be received by someone else. began getting triangular red shapes, indicating a sending error on texts.

Then incoming phone calls could not get through. As soon as I would pick up, they call would disconnect. Or, would disconnect during conversation.

I called the young man I purchased the phones from. I had spent almost $300.00. I was miffed. First, he told me it had something to do with their towers. When I called again, he told me to romove the battery and the SIM card. After I did that,it went from bad to worse.

I took the phone to a Metro store close to my home. They did a hard reset. Lost all my settings, and it did no good. When I took it back, he told me the phone had a software problem and I needed to return it to the corporate store.

I took it to the corporate store on 7/1/14. I was told by the woman that waited on me that my replacement phone would arrive in 3 days. So I waited. The holiday fell on the third day, so I assumed I would hear from them 7/5.

I went back there on 7/7. An extremely rude woman informed me it was 3 to 5 business days. So, I waited. The Corporate store has no phone number listed anywhere. If you want to speak to them, you have to go there. I figured I would hear from them Wednesday, 7/9.

It is now Sunday, 7/13. Still no word. No phone. I paid for a month of service the day I purchased the phone. I paid for another month on 7/11, only so my grand daughter's phone would'nt be shut off. I want my phone!
