I received a fax from Mexico VIP Travel regarding a trip to Dominic Republican. I contacted them and decided to buy the promotion for me and my daughter to travel. I have paid for the trip and requested the dates of travel to them and have not heard back from them regarding my trip. I have emailed them several times, tried calling the phone number, left several messages to no avail. I would like for them to honor my trip or provide me with a full refund of what I have paid.

I was told as long as I called 90 before the time I wanted the vacation would be available. In May I told them I wanted to travel in November. I was told it would not be a problem and because I was letting them know in advance the reservation would be available.
I had not heard anything after that for months. The time was getting closer to my vacation so I called and emailed to see what was going on. I was told each time that they needed more time to work on the reservation but that everything will be fine and they will contact me when the reservation has been booked so I can take the next step in completing the reservation. Less than one month before I was supposed to go on my vacation I receive an email saying the dates I chose was not available and she would be working on another time frame.
I called the office and told her that would be the only dates I would be able to travel because of work and I was extremely upset and disappointed. I requested a refund and was told because it was their fault she would give me a refund. I spoke with her in October and still have yet to have received my refund. Every time I call (and I call every couple days) I am told the same thing. Armondo Peralta is the only one who can offer the refund and he is never there he is always working in the city. Eva Luz Oliviar Ramos and Alina Nava are the ladies I delt with. I tried calling the phone number today but it has now been disconnected.
I went online to look to see if anyone else has been having problems with this company and a lot of people have. This VIP Holidays company is a scam and they are a fraud. i want my refund!!!
I purchased 3 vacation pacgages one for dominican, cancun and hawaii from the travel center who claims to be the hawwaii broker and travel by Centennial is one broker who than sold it to vip mexico holidays all of these companies are running a nationwide scam and need to be stop or in prison for taking peoples hard earned money just looking to take a trip or a nice getaway. I have family members who also purchesed thinking they are getting a good deal. theses companys operate under diffent names so that you cant figure out what is really going on. they use different numbers 1-888-559-3050 or 1-800-621-4905 1800 -861-7313 1866-569-0547
I have been talking to Eva Luz Oliviar Ramos and Alina Nava which is proberly not their real names I get the same story they are waiting for reservations from the resorts. I asked for a list of resorts they do business with, they never heard of them ans\d for the air lines company we will be flying with they just say some names all talk I asked for a refund and was told no after 72 hour from purchase. we need to file a class action law suit can you help
