Below you can read why A & D Wood Works Inc, and Dominik Kruzolek, has not gotten paid from Mg Bros Construction Inc because , Dominik Kruzolek did not manage the job during the construction, I have not seen him there once, I was told that his guys are his employees and later after I check their work and I found about 100 things that needed to be corrected his guys told me that they will not fix them and that they are not their employee but sub. A&D lien the house and after a while they took the lien off after mine and owners attorney has contacted them because they knew that they have no right to demand any money. As to Wood Dale, MG Bros Construction incurred the following itemized costs as a result of no work or defective work on the part of your client: 1. They did not frame 1500 square feet of the basement walls, but they did one wall so I think credit is fine. 2. Did not install Front door 3. Did not install Front side door. 4. Did not install Garage door. 5. Did not install Panoramic doors on the first floor. 6. Did not install Panoramic doors on the Second floor. 7. MG fixed 60% of the fascia on the outside as it was out of level and line. 8. MG re framed the front porch fascia and re adjusted the hole front porch as it was out 2" 9. MG removed the front windows, re framed the openings and reset them as they were installed extremely tight and the windows were out of level and plumb. 10. MG framed the fire place walls. 11. Window openings were framed incorrectly and we should get credit for that. 12. A&D guys framed the stairs to the basement incorrectly and I had to buy all new materials for them, it was about 13. A&D guys framed 4 headers in the basement incorrectly and we had to buy new materials for them, it was about 8" +/- off from where they should be placed, If I would not cut that, the house could sag. 14. A&D guys had installed the plywood not in the t&g so they had to install blocking to extra support it, it was about 15. The West wall on the second floor was 1"1/2 bowed, the siding guys had to fix it. 16. The Kitchen wall was bowed so that the granite guys could not install the granite, we had to fix the studs and patch the wall. 17. The roof was framed incorrectly so the roofer had to fix the shingles after the carpenters fixed it. 18. MG had to readjust allot of the windows because they would open really hard, they were installed incorrectly or too tight to in the incorrectly framed openings. MG Bros has paid rough carpenters and siding contractors to fix or finish A&D’s work. A&D never framed the basement walls per plan. A&D only framed one wall, 90% of the basement walls were never framed. All Mg wanted A&D to do in the first place is to do the job right. I work as a carpenter for the past 10 years and crooks like Grzegorz Kawula and his wife Monica Kawula are very dangerous. Beware not to work for or with these people because they lie and cheat!!! I started a project for Mg Bros Construction in the summer and finished in the fall, everything was great until Grzegorz and his wife decided not to pay because of my "sloppy" job. The inspector of the building came and I passed without one issue. Now I have to file a suit to get my money back. I talked to plumbers that worked on the job and they said Mg Bros Construction owes them money too. DON'T WORK WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!!

My name is Dominik and I started a job for Mg Bros construction inc. in the Spring of 2014. We had a contract and everything went well until I got really busy and refused other jobs from Grzegorz Kuwala. He started complaining that the job was "sloppy" and made me and my crew come back and fix every detail which I did. My buisness partner, Andy went on the job one day and Grzegorz Kuwala made him sign a weiver which took $2500.00 of the check (Andy does not read in English) or he was not going to give him a check. The house got all done by September and Grzegorz Kuwala never paid $7500.00 remaining balance. We emailed and asked to please pay because everything on his "Punch List" was done but he never did. We had no choice but to file a Lien on the property which Grzegorz Kuwala and the property owner dispute??? Now, we will take this matter to court or face a banrupcy on our side. DO NOT USE MG BROS CONSTRUCTION!!! He is a froud that lives off of others that work very hard to earn money.
