He is a smooth talker and has every excuse in the book. He took 90 percent of the money and did about 60 percent of the work. The 60 percent of the work that was done was shabby and very poorly done. Many spots needed to be redone. He also does not pay fellow contractos doing the work for him as well. Trusting home owners now have leins put against there houses for money owning.
