Michael Tran contacted me through FB and offered to sell me a green wing macaw. I sent him a deposite of $750 in July of 2014.
After cashing my check, he refused to send me any additional information about the bird (sex once determined, age, signed copy of our contract, etc.) In response to my concerns, he offered me a refund, to which I agreed. He never followed up on his offer, and I have received neither a refund or the bird.
This scam was commited with a partner, Sue Jones, of Belingham, WA. She uses her Facebook Page, "Birds for Sale in the Pacific Northwest" to attract victims.
