We parked in a parking lot on the corner of St. Joseph and Tchoupitoulas on Friday, July4, 2014. We paid for parking. When we returned, our car was towed by MidCiTY Automotive. I came to the office and Alex, the guy at desk, said that Travis, the driver who towed our car, has the photos and he, Alex, couldn't so anything. Travis will be at work at 11am on Saturday, Alex stated. I then came back again at 11, Alex called Travis about 11:30 and when I asked Travis to send the photograph to Alex so I can prove we paid for parking and take our truck out of here, travis told me to pay the fine and I'll get my photos on Monday. Alex left the office at 12 noon. Travis is yet to be seen at the towing storage yard. It's now 1pm. I called the police and they said there is nothing they can do.
