Spent over AUS$200 for two pairs for myself and my fiance.
Received the wrong pair of shoes. We got fake Dr. Martens brown shoes instead. Poor quality and imitation brand of Dr. Martens.
Argued through many emails over the refund. Was offered 15% refund instead.
I asked for 100% refund and demanded the reason why 15% refund is so low. They did not answer to my same qn I repeated about the 15% refund.
I demanded it many times. Still they refused. Then I was asked to ship back the package. I refused cos of unfairness and we have to pay for shipping charges.
So I googled about the http://www.middlesbrough-hotel.co.uk/ and the company. I discovered that it is a scam online company which used China as their base of delivery.
I have already warned people on my facebook about the scam website.
It is our first and last time we ordered from that scam website.
