I never heard of Mike Broemmel until I reviewed a fellow Author for my Book Blog site. Once that happened this man appeared from out of nowhere with multiple screen names on twitter sending me hate tweets threatening me to remove the blog entry. I was told if I did not he would make my life a living hell. I went to the writer and ask who he was, and she explained the he was her bully, and had been bullying her for well over three years as well. I ignored him, made no responses whatsoever, but I also didn't remove her entry from my blog, after all, it is my blog. And the entry was about a Criminal case she investigated. I also reviewed her book on Amazon as well. He told me it was plagiarized. I went to Amazon, they informed it wasn't, that the problem was with the Company whom was to edit it, and others had had problems with them before, and I could look it up, and I did. It was fact.

Broemmel continued attacking me, I managed to keep reporting the twitter accounts harassing me, and to get several shut down, I am still doing this, because he creates up to ten screen names a day. My twitter screen name is at Deneale, look me up, by this and also hashtag my name. He and his bully aliases on twitter hashtag and at my name continously. Which is one reason I am coming here, along with many others.
Firstly, I have a CR number, thats Crime Report, for Brevard County of someone whom called my home stating they were in fact Mike Broemmel. (When said "person" called they threatened to rape and kill me!) I never said, and I can prove this with MY screen shot that it was in fact him. I said it could've been anyone, after all, he has haters. Look him up! 90 percent of MY haters ARE Mike! Anyway, within minutes, he is demanding from me publicly $10K. Pay up. Remove Chelsea's books from my blog, and stop emailign and calling him. Excuse me? I never had this mans info UNTIL he emailed me with these hateful threats, thank you! Now that I publicly posted the info, now the blackmail threat is up to $50K. I have the Brevard County Sheriff Department and my phone carrier investigating the call(s!)
He also thinks he has contacted my Attorney, when he hasn't when he knows, by reading the email, my Attorney is located in Merritt Island, yet he publicly emails someone in Melbourne Florida and when they deny being my Attorney, he publicly calls me out and says I am a looser, have no Attorney and how much of a worthless fraud I am.
Since then, he has emailed Pure Romance, a company I work for, I have the emails, as well as I have heard the voice recordings, and Pure Romance can and will attest to this. He has contacted my employer at my residence at Kings Street Mobile Home Park and told them I am a worthless fraud and failure, and that I am unworthy of anything, and needed fired. The home in which I reside, is the Office. I have since been fired from both of these jobs. I also am a Notary Public. I was a Notary in Ohio, and am one in Florida. Because I was ONCE Arrested, he presumes I AM a felon, which I am not. He is posting my arrest info publicly, contacting the Florida Notary board, and trying to get them, to now remove my Notarial License.
Mike Broemmel whom is also supposed to be a gay advocate also constantly makes fun of me calling me a he/she because he found out I was married and bisexual. He also slams on my weight. Once he also found out I was Native American he started saying I was inbred. He also makes fun of me for renting homes in a trailer park and references me as "Trailer Park Trash!" The man is constantly insulting me. And I am fed up with this, I have never seen so much hate in one person in my entire life! And he doesn't even know me, other then I reviewed his enemies book! How can that justiy all this hatred?!
I also have donated to the Baptism play, to try to get him to stop hating on me. Since then in multitude my Bank Account continually keeps getting things ordered VIA the web. TODAY yes, today alone, I was forced to finally cancel my credit card. Once he learned that it was ME donating, thats all it took, another open door policy to thrust hate upon me. And I was just trying to prove to him that I could be a good and descent person, that I was not the enemy just because I reviewed Chelsea's book. I wasn't choosing sides. I just wanted books to review for my site! Plain and simple, and as a Criminal Justice Major, her writing intrgues me!
I've asked and begged Mr. Broemmel to stop, but he won't. I did this publicly on Twitter, just as he has attacked me. The "Nudes" he is stealing from my instagram, tumblr, and twitter feed are simply tube tops and dresses. He is assuming. AND if they are in fact going to his email, it is because he is stalking my feed, and it flows there because of his choice in action. I do not and have not ever emailed him.

I did however, also report him to the Better Business Bureau in Denver because if he is claiming to be a legit business, this is NOT how businesses should act, threatening people, attacking people online and off. COMES NOW Theatrix USA, a limited liability company, Torchmark Media, a limited liability company, 2 Corners Enterprises, a limited liability holding company and Mike Broemmel, an individual, (hereinafter collectively known as “Plaintiffs”), who for their Complaint state and allege as follows:
1. Theatrix USA is a theatrical production company that produces original stage plays in cities across the United States and is partially owned by Broemmel.
2. Torchmark Media is a media syndication service providing columnists and feature articles to publications in the United States and is partially owned by Broemmel
3. 2 Corners Enterprises is a holding company partially owned by Broemmel.
4. In addition to his ownership interest in the aforementioned enterprises, Broemmel is an author and lecturer with books published internationally and who speaks at conferences and conventions across the United States.
5. Deneale K. Williams (hereinafter Defendant) is an individual who can be served with Summons and Complaint at Manager’s Unit, King Street Mobile Home Park, Brevard County, Florida.
Statement of Facts
6. Defendant has been prosecuted and incarcerated for stalking and harassment.
7. Defendant has engaged in an ongoing pattern and practice of harassing, defaming and placing in false light the Plaintiffs herein.
8. In October 2014, Defendant posted at multiple locations on the Internet false statements that accused Plaintiff Broemmel of misappropriating money from her, of accessing her personal bank account, of accessing her PayPal account multiple times and of accessing her email account(s) multiple times.
9. Defendant contended that Plaintiff Broemmel undertook these activities as part of his association with Theatrix USA.
10. One October 6, 2014, Defendant posted false statements multiple times on the Internet that accused Plaintiff Broemmel of telephoning her and stating that he was coming over to her house to rape and murder her.
11. Over the course of the past 45 days, Defendant has posted other false, defamatory and statements made in false light on the Internet with the express purpose of hampering the operations of the business entities named as Plaintiffs herein and to impair Plaintiff Broemmel’s ability to earn a living.
Count One – Defamation
12. Plaintiffs incorporate paragraphs 1 through 11 into this section as if the same were set forth in their entirety.
13. Plaintiffs contend that the false statements referenced herein and above constitute defamation and were knowingly made by Defendant with the express purpose of harming the reputation of Plaintiffs and causing Plaintiffs financial loss.
