I had received numerous phone calls from this person (Mike J Anderson and others stating that an arrest warrant was going to be issued if I did not contact them. I called them back the first time and aske to have something sent to me in writing by mail stating the circumstances of my non compliance in paying a loan back. They stated they could not do that because it was done online. I told them that I would not be sending anything unless I had something with my signature obligating me to this non payment of loan.
Now I have received an email with an offical looking document attached which is a warrant for my arrest, by Mike J Anderson, from the State Attorneys Office, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Addressed to Any authorized law enforement officer, an pllication by a federal law enforement officer or an attorney for the government requests to arrest the following person for money laundering.
I am going to call my local police department and see if they can do anything about this.
