i found out the hard way when I met a man who said he was sleeping with him and he broke it off with him after finding out he was cheating on him with a women. After being with this low life who said he was divorced he was so cocky about how he did business and the amount of money he made. he expressed to me and from the man he was sleeping with that he couldn't believe how stupid the public was when it came to buying a home,
he had made so much money off people for them being stupid in the whole process of mortage and their continued stupidly allows him to take full advantage of them financially. These new home owners could have saved hundreds of dollars over over month not to mention the savings they could have saved in closing costs.
This business man doesn't even have a active Texas license and he operates under someone else's because of past bad business dealings. He has been used and fined for bad business in Texas .Do not let this man lie to you about his relationship status and don't ever do business with him because he is a business thief.
