My name is Sueyla Ceylan. I have been renting a home for several years in Mill Chase Circle. During these years ive had many problems. One is being told i haven't paid my rent and being charged a late fee for not doing so but actually i had paid it in full and showed my landlord the bank statement from it. She replied with a "oh i didnt see that why didnt i see this?" This happened more than once. MY daughter was recently in a car accident. A really bad one. It was traumatic. Her doctor said she could get a pet to help her get through it. There are many people in the complex with pets. We gave her the doctors note saying we could get a pet. We didnt hear from her for weeks so i bought my daughter a kitten. Im not gonna sit around and wait for her to not do her job my daughter was depressed. So i bought her a kitty. We got the rabies shot and gave the paper to the landlord. She then complained and caused many problems saying she didnt call the doctor that the doctor didnt exist and some ridiculous remarks. I paid no mind i had did what was required of me it was her turn. Also we had a problems with bed bugs. Normally you would go to your landlord for this problem, right? So thats what we did. She then sends us a bill stating we have to pay for it claiming we caused the problem and blah blah blah. We had read in our lease that it is the landlords responsibility to provide us with a SAFE and CLEAN environment to live in so we told her we werent going to pay for it. She the threatened us many times and finally she is evicting us. I have a son that is going to school and a daughter in college. We now have less than a month to find a home.
