Where to even begin. this company is the biggest joke of any agency in Winchester.we started with one nurse to continuously abused the resident and the company was made aware of it yet they always made excuses because they were friends with the nurse that was in the home.after having a friend of ours go to the company and apply, she was placed in our home and we were more than pleased with her care. The night nurse was also wonderful once we finally got one out of the home he left my heart sign in wet diapers. The girls had continuous problems with paycheck, first they weren't being paid until a day later than it was two days late and then proceeded to be bouncing in their account. The Bouncing was made when the date that they were told they were going to clear, then they chose to write the girls cashier checks thinking that they would work. In the end the women were charged fees at their banks for their checks bouncing not knowing that they had been an issue all along. 1 groceries were in excess of $200 and the company refused to make up for their loss. The RN THat comes out to the home never came to do the assessments that she was supposed to every 30 days for Medicaid, yet they were still charging Medicaid for RN when we were using LPNs. We were more than happy to get away from this company and advise anybody else to never use their services.
