www. naturalskinformula.com Used to go by AuraVie, now it's MiraVie... This is an ad for miracle cream that the stars use to tighten and firm skin. It is a low cost buy in, but somewhere in the small print is buried that this is a subscriptions service. The original order was for $15.00, the subscription was for $150 per month. I called my bank, who called the service. Because i checked 'agree with terms' (I did not see this box) They would not refund all of my money. The credit card company says this is a common scam, but because the 'agree with terms of service' box was checked that this is how they get away with it. The websites change montly, the website i used will not load now. Keep your eyes open for this rip-off.

Do Not Buy Trial Sample

Total scam. Two days after the trial product arrived, I had $175 worth of charges from the company. As written above, they claimed I agreed to these charges. What I agreed to was a trial and to pay shipping. They did not want to refund me anything. Then offered 50%, and ultimately 75%. I am not remotely happy. If I had liked the product, I would have stayed on, but the fact that I was charged before having a chance to try it, and then not offered a full refund, I am certain it is a scam. Terrible customer service policies.

MiraVie multiple areas with tricky spots

My boyfriend ordered this for me thinking it was a trial size product. actually when they say trial they mean trial membership, but they just use the word trial so people are intentionally misled. I went online after he gave me these products to find out more about them since I hadn't heard of this brand before and discovered all of these scam reports- so thank you everyone for posting these. It was still within the 14 day period so I called to cancel- trick number 2: the automated system to cancel the order is designed to mislead people into pressing the number 1 to cancel- there is a pause- then it continues on the say they will charge you $38 to keep the unused portion of the product. And once you press the #one thats it- theres no going back.We did contact them and explained I accidentally pushed the 1 on the first product cancel and requested to have it changed to the other option- return product with no charge- but the best offer they had for us was a 50% refund of the $38 dollars, which they did credit to his account right away. if you don't press the one- and wait for the next option- #2 says you can cancel the order and return the unused portion of the product for no charge. Trick number 3- they send 2 products in 1 box- but they send separete email confirmations for product purchase, so when you cancel you need to cancel BOTH products- so you have to call twice- to cancel the skin product and again to cancel the eye cream. It's a shame because it seemed like a nice product... I sent the unused portion of the skin cream back today- signed receipt requested. It needs to get to them in 14 days- which it should - unless they delay signing for it- they have all returns going to a PO box. so I am hoping not to uncover another trick and be finished with this potential disaster. BTW- I asked the guy on the phone about the terms- he told me where to find it one the website- it's a standard "click here to see terms and conditions", which I don't usually do when I am buying things- probably alot of people don't - but I went and looked it up- wow- they almost come right out and tell people if you don't want to get scammed GET OFF OF THIS WEBSITE RIGHT AWAY. it actually says something like that in capital letters under terms and conditions. I've never seen that before. So this was a lesson for sure- I learned a few new things about scams! And my boyfriend said he ordered off his phone and he didn't think that mobile site had the same link to terms and conditions- he said he never saw it. Thank you all again for posting and I hope I have contributed some slightly different information about their tricks to help others.

This is a total scam company. I was charged 175.99 5 days adter I recieved the face cream and eye cream. I only agreed to pay the shippin of $4.95 and $5.95 for the two creams. I never saw how much I would be charged after 14 days. They said it was on the agreement but I sure never read it, otherwise I would have cancelled the whole thing right then. I am 81 years old and live on ocial Security and certainly would never agree to pay that much for ANY cream. They agree to pay me back 35% of

I am an 81 year old woman living on Social Security and I THOUGHT I was just paying $5.95 and $4.95 for 2 samples of cream. Then after I had the product for 5 days they charged my account for $175.99. They said the 14 day trial begins from the day of the order on the computer. I don't even remember seeing anything about the actual price of the 2 creams --if I had I would have not completed the sample request. This is a company of crooks, as far as I can see. After I called, they agree to pay me 35% back of the $175.99. This will be about $61.00 WOW --such a deal. I am going to yell this from the roof-top --SCAM--SCAM--SCAM

Total SCAM!

Offered 14 days free trial, however the countdown is starting the day the product is shipped. Same product is offered on AMAZON at a fraction of the price (under $24). Rood, nasty customer service.

Total Scam

I too was scammed by these people. On the last two products that popped up Before I could "checkout," they added another product where you couldn't say yay or nay, nor did they list a price. When I hit "click to checkout," it did the same thing. At the very end in fine print, they stated I would be charged $89.95 a month for these charges. Yet when I called them immediately after the purchase, they stated I would not be charged for any of this. They then waited a week and charged me, even though the Bank was supposed to block my card that very same night. But, somehow, the very first charge was approved, and even though my card was blocked, they managed to get an "exception exemption," which allowed them to charge me for all 3 orders a WEEK later. I am going to every site they have, my facebook account, and all other sites I can find to let people know just what a scam they are running.

Skam artists

thought i was buying something for 5.00 unknown to me, they auto licked me into monthly purchases of 91.90 a month. refuse to take their worthless product back and threatened to get collections on me if i dont pay for another month!

Ordered trial eye serum and skin cream. Fine print and box greyed out say you have to call within 2 weeks of order date to cancel subscription. Then you have to call 1 number for eye serum and another number for skin cream.

I called too late so had to eat cast for first shipment. I called to cancel, but only called 1 number so got another charge a month later for $91.90. After disputing they gave me 50% refund when they first said 35%.

Do not order this trail!

Most rude "customer service" EVER

I ordered the "free trial" too, as many of you did only to find out they charge almost $95.00 each for the two products! I did call and cancel any future orders or shipments knowing I would be out of the country for almost 3 months. Lo and behold, I get back home and there are two wet, soggy, and muddy boxes sitting in my yard from Miravie Skin Collection. While going through loads of mail, I find my credit card statement with two months charges of almost $95.00 each as well. Of course I called immediately to dispute and the guy in customer service couldn't have been more rude or sarcastic. He claimed they have no record of my call to cancel, therefore I owe the total amount for 2 shipments. I told him I would instead call my bank because this sounded like fraud to me. He then offered to refund one shipment but just couldn't do the other. I decided to call customer service again....maybe talk to someone a little more sane and see if I could return the 'unopened and unused ' products for a full refund. HA! I guess all their customer service team attended the same seminar on how to bully and intimidate!!! I'm getting wrinkles and saggy eyes just dealing with these people!! I strongly suggest you do not order anything from this company!!!

Total rip off

I wish I would have read the reviews on this scam before I purchase it. They are running a company based on the fact that no one reads the terms and conditions in the fine print. I managed to get a partial refund, but I'm still out $140.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this!

PLEASE DON'T BUY!!

I am telling you this is a rip off. I have not even open the trail box and I'm being billed $89.95 and $85.95 for eye and skin cream. Called twice and was offered another FREE sample but no refund! Called my credit card company and they are checking into this. IF this was a miracle cream, I would not buy or do business with a company like this!!

Please don't fall for this scam !!!! You will have more wrinkles dealing with this company!!!!!!!!!

Skam

I ordered the free trial of MiraVie both eye syrum and skin care to see if it worked. I was allergic to it and could not use and did NOT see anywhere where I I had to cancel in order not to start receiving monthly skin care products. When I received the products unopened and still wrapped I called to return and they would not!!!!!!! I argued with them and only gave me a approimately 34.00 credit and I see they do this to so many people and even gave them more credit than to me. What kind of business operates like this and scams innocent people and makes their profit by doing the above.

This should be stopped and I am calling to get more credit. I wAnt all my money back and will pursue
