It's not my first time purchasing virtual items or themes, but it's my first time to purchase a theme from Mojoness. To my horror and disappointment, once I have finished paying via paypal, I have downloaded the item and hooraaaaaaaaay!!! It was empty!!!!! There were no files, or anything. It was an EMPTY ZIP FILE. You can just imagine my frustration because I'm developing a website that is bound with a due date, and here is MOJO THEMES, selling items on the internet and booom!, they're fraud!!! such a scam. I tried contacting them but of course, their customer service is toooo slow... I haven't received any response after days, BUT they have managed to BLOCK me from logging in to their mojo-themes.com, which means that they already received my complaint and now they just want me to stop claiming for my rights. Please, please, investigate this company.
