Monmouth Telecom is probably the worst example of a telecom company I have ever witnessed. They make and break promises constantly and are very rude to their customers. I grade them an "F".
Per FCC regualtions a phone service company can not refuse a request to Port (move) a phone number to another provider. We were moving our offices and after 10-15 attempts to have Monmouth Telecom provide new services at our new location with no call back from anyone in their sales department to contract new services, we decided to go with a new company. Not really the complaint. After contracting a new provider at our new location Monmouth is refusing to Port our phones numers to our new providers. They are returning no calls in regards to this to either us or our new provider.
