I too have had unfortunate dealings with this so called letting agent Monochrome Consultants. To keep it simple monochrome consultants once in reciept of my money then contacted me to say there was a problem regarding a reference. i was later contacted again by monochrome consultants to say they were got going to honour the agreement i had made with monochrome consultants and added to this that they were going to keep the money i had paid them. i dealt with a woman who i understand is the director of this company Monochrome consultants.
I have made numerious phone calls to her regarding this matter, her response and excuses never validate any good reason to withhold my money and when pushed became abusive and threatening. In all it has been a very regretable and costly experience and i make this report to warn others about Monochrome consultants who i know to be crooks . Warning to the wise stay well clear of this bunch of crooks. if monochrome consultants can find or invent the smallest of reasons for stealing your money they will and any insistance that the money be return is only met with rudeness and threats. Monochrome consultants are currently under investigation as i have been lead to believe. good
Putting this report out becuase I viewed a property with MonoChrome Consultants (monochromeconsultants.net) last week. After viewing the property we was asked to pay a £500 fee for refrencing checks. (These checks took six days to complete.) After these checks where carried out we was told by Naomi Keshinrov (owner of monochrome consultants) that we had been acepted by the landlord and that we needed to pay £2100 for the first four weeks rent + security deposit. We transferd this amount into her account to which we was told after that there had now been a problem with our refrenceing and that the landlord was no longer happy to accept us as tennents. Since has told us that she will be keeping our money as a fee.
