On 4/6/2015 I contacted Morgan Fritz over the internet regarding two 11 week old Siberian Husky that he had for sell.
He stated that his wife had just passed away and that it was hard on the family to keep them.
He was asking $400.00 which included delivery to our home.
He stated that the delivery company would be contacting on how to purchase the puppy.
I was than contacted on 4/8/2015 to wire the money to Small Dogcarriers.
I than received conformation from them regarding time of delivery of puppy to our home. She would be leaving Portland Oregon at 8:35pm on 4/8/2015 and arrive at our home by 6:30 am on 4/9/2015 by General Manager Mr. Marvine Woodrow.
Email sent confirming this on 4/8/2015 @ 7:05pm.
On 4/9 2015 @5:50 am I received an email stating that I needed to either purchase or rent a different carrier to have the puppy delivered safely to our home ( an anti pressure crate) because of the climate changes. They stated that the money would be 100% refundable to me in cash when puppy was delivered to us. This email came from Mr. McMorgan Jones.
I than wired the rental fee of $950.00 (rental cost of crate) to them.
Than I received another email from Mr. McMorgan Jones, stating that urgent care & anti pressure vaccine was needed before delivery could be made of the puppy to us.
Also included in this email that I would need to pay another $4060.00 for Pet Insurance and that this would be 100% refundable to me as well when the puppy was delivered to us.
I told them that I would not be sending any more money to them! The cost of the puppy was supose to be $400.00 and that I was already at $1375.99. I told them that all shot and vaccines were already done and for them to stop stalling and deliver the puppy to us as stated by Morgan Fritz the owner of puppy.
Have copies of all emails and text messages from both parties involved.
The Pet Carrier Company than threatened to charge me without abuse and pet molestation cuz you are not capable and stable to provide the fee for the puppy and you know what that means as you will be taking to court and may be jail for life imprisonment. Written exactly as the wrote to me in a text on 4/10/2015.
I filed a complaint on 4/10/2015 with the Consumer Complaint Agency out of Seattle, WA.
On 4/12/2015 Review was complete- Business/Entity notification was in process. Busines response deadline 4/25/2015.
On 4/25/2015 They stated that case was successfully achieved.
The party/organization has been officially censured by the CCA and negative designation has been filed in permanent CCA records.
Really no help from them.
Hoping that you will be able to help us out and get some if not all of our money back from this scam and press charges against the parties involved. So no one else will be treated this way.
