There is a transgender teacher at Morgan State Universty named Dr. Natasha Pratt-Harris who is illegally running a tutoring scam. I paid her $3,000 for him to tutor me in the fall of 2010 through the spring of 2011.
I paid him through paypal after we came to an agreement. After the payment was made, he never returned my emails, calls or text messages. I was warned by another student not to deal with her but i didnt listen! He is a scam artist, beware !
