Pretty Reliable

I used to order from this one, they’re prompt with shipping and I didn’t have a reason to complain about their customer service. Their dried flowers are whole pods, and normally intact. As a plus these don’t contain much seed, so 1 pound gets you a good amount. They are a rather light shade of beige, not as dark as others.

DEA up your ass thief

Wish I would have known but there is always the DEA. IF he's up to no good lets break it off in him. I used to haul for Albertsons and Montana Brands. Interacting with DEA frequently due to the procurement of our products and the areas in which there are grown and who harvests them. As a Ranger I am pleased with my blessing to reach out and touch thieves will give them five and will call DEA and begin what it required. I have two wedding to arrange a horde of work to do in table center pieces. These people sounded legit.

I noticed there are a half dozen complaints about morpoppy.com when searching "Ripoff Report." I certainly expected to find a lot more however, it's highly likely many people don't post their nightmare experiences since a number of customers who would make a purchase from morpoppy.com do so, for making poppy tea, etc.

I made the purchase I did because I am in the craft business. I make and sell a lot of decoration arrangements for table centerpieces, gifts, etc. for college graduations.

My centerpieces are made with decorative frilly sticks and curls, dried poppy pods, personalized tiny chalkboard sticks and many other floral and decorative items ( no fresh flowers ) that are arranged in glass vases - all done in the school's sepcific "colors" for the college requested.

Due to the ridiculous tightening up on the sale of dried poppy pods this has affected those like myself who use them for legitimate and legal reasons. Such a shame.

Just a few craft stores carry dried poppy pods but in very small quantities and are often embellished and/or of very low quality.

There are only a few on-line businesses who sell dried poppy pods. I have found three to date. The first two proved to be just about as bad of an experience as morpoppy.com turned out to be. The first one I never did receive my order and the second one sent me poppy pods that were not what they looked like advertised on their web-site ( most were moldy, damaged and the quantity was half of what I orderded.

Due to the shortage of places to buy dried poppy pods and with graduation orders coming in this last April & May 2014, I decided to take another chance with the only other place I found which was "morepoppy.com."

My experience with morpoppy.com consisted of not hearing back from anyone when sending more than 12 e-mails over the course of a 3 week period to find out if they had received payment and to find out shipment date and tracking number as they promise.

They claim they will send this confirmation within 24 hours of receiving payment. I checked my account and it in fact showed payment had been received on the day I paid.

I, of course waited each day over these 3 weeks as I was e-mailing to see if the package would arrive in the mail and obviously it never did.

My e-mails started out professionally and pleasant, simply requesting the information but after some time, became quite frustrated and expressed this to morpoppy.com.

I guess this prompted them to feel they needed to send me some kind of response. Approaching the 4th week, I received an e-mail that simply stated the package had been sent. No date and no other information of any kind.

It was more obvious than ever that I was dealing with a fraud corrupt business. They don't show a telephone number on their web-site either which I know is usually a red flag - so my own fault here.

I sent numerous other e-mails over the course of an additional 7 weeks letting them know I had not received anything yet as well as to request the shipment date and tracking number since they state they mail all packages by USPS Priority with tracking. None of the e-mails received a response!

I can only assume it was something said in one of those e-mails I sent that prompted them to finally send the product as I received the package 13 weeks after the first day of placing the order!!! To make matters worse, I did not receive what I ordered, instead I received dried poppy pods with no stems ( which are needed for the arrangements in order to have heighth and stick them in the floral foam blocks.) I had specifcally odered the dried poppy pods with stems still intact.

I also received less than half of the amount of poppy pods I ordered and paid for. The size of the pods were also very very small if not "tiny."

There were only a few of the poppy pods themselves that were in tact. Most had been badly crushed/damaged and were in bits and pieces far before ever being boxed and shipped.

Whole dried poppy pods contain hundreds if not thousands of tiny seeds in each one. The box contained only a very few seeds - another indication they had been crushed/damaged far before ever being boxed and shipped.

None of the poppy pods were of any use to me!!

I paid over $200.00 for this order!!

Again, I sent numerous e-mails to morpoppy.com about this and never did receive any response.

I have remained somewhat frustrated about this experience and someone recently mentioned I should make a complaint on Ripoff Report.

My hope is this will perhaps prevent someone else from having the same experience and to hopefully add to enough complaints that the amount of money "morpoppy.com" steal's from consumers will decrease greatly.

Additional important information: Morpoppy.com states their address is: 5425 East Broadway Blvd. #173, Tucson, AZ. 85711.

When I finally received the package from morpoppy.com the address indicated they are in and had been mailed from Bluff, CA.

Misleading, sells second quality dried florals at best--claiming they are top quality and hand selected. At the prices he charges, I would expect professionally grown and dried plant materials rather than low quality, broken or damaged product that does not appear remotely similar to the high quality dried florals pictured on their site.
