I am definitely a "Pro Morris Jenkin Team" for Excellent Service!

We are transplants from the state of New Jersey. Moved into our new home in the Carolina's in 2001, after having the original system for fourteen years and having Morris Jenkins service the system under a "Priority Advantage" agreement twice a year. I feel most qualified to attest to the quality of service that we always received from the entire team of wonderful, kind, well mannered professional young men that any company would be proud to have as their workforce. In March of 2014, the old unit finally died and who else would I trust to upgrade the house heating and air conditioning system accept the team who cared for the old system "Morris Jenkins". Thank you, Team Morris Jenkins in advance for your continued professionalism. The Walker Family!!!!!

I contact Morris Jenkins on June 21, 2015 because I was having a problem with one of my air condition unit in my house. An appointment was setup for June 23, 2015 between 9 and 12 noon. The service tech came out did a complete 1 system diagnostic, according to the description.

After the service tech finish, he tried to charge me more than I was quoted on the day that I made the appointment. After refusing to pay the amount he was asking for, I contact the service department and the adjustment was made. However, after the service tech left neither one of my air conditon units is working.

I have two asthmatic sons. With the temperature reaching as high as 100 degrees, this is a safety issue and needs to be fixed.

Their highly trained technicians, with 3 weeks or less of preparation, will forget to install filters, damage cooling coils, and induce major bacterial infestation throughout your home's ductwork. The Morris Jenkins solution is to charge the customer for the damage, lie habitually about their supposed customer service, and cover-up their gross negligence with a hillbilly smile and promise to "make you happy."

Avoid Morris-Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning throughout North and South Carolina. The yellowpages is full of alternatives, any of which would be superior to the morons at Morris-Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning. With $14,000 of compromised HVAC equipment due to Morris-Jenkins negligence, they still refuse to accept responsibility for their negligence or offer an acceptable refund. The best source of HVAC service in the Carolinas is anyone but Morris-Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning. Their jingle says "you'll have cool air at your house tonight." You won't, but you will have a bill for their hillbilly service.
