Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. Reviews

To become frustrated after trying to resolve an issue, only to be told "its policy" as a way to dismiss customers is horrible. I have a Moto X Pure, 64, and only bought it March 16th. Even then they could not get the customization correct twice, so I settled for the phone sent to me the third time. But it worked, then June 28th you send a OTA software that caused the battery to no long charge, I was responsible as an owner in caring for my phone. Your agent acknowledged that the update was the issue and caused the battery to no longer charge in my phone. Then online your agent, care barely understand English tells me I have to accept a USED "like new" phone, when mine should be working.

I can't seem to get the one I have fixed, I have done all the trouble shooting only to be asked the same questions over and over by many people who don't own the call. SO I paid for a new phone, took care of it, and dealt with the fact I get a generic phone now , used when I should be replaced with new or have my original fixed. I was told twice someone would call me, even though I mentioned I didn't have a working phone when I started my online request for help. SO then it was someone will email me, None of that happened, until I Sent a CC information, Then the only email I got after 4+ hours ont he phone was verifying my used phone would be shipped. NO my problems was NOT solved to my satisfaction. I am still angry that I did all the right things, paid for a new custom expensive phone, and they only offered to give me a used one in return. Great Job keeping loyal customers.

I have photos proving the conversation and the problem is known and that all they offer is used like new phone when thy cause phones to crash.
