Mr. Ed Department Reviews

  • Jul 30, 2014

Had the worse experience of my life trying to trade my vechile and get a bigger size vehicle for my family, had went to Peoria Kia in there Mr. Ed department and they had a very nice 2003 Suzuki XL-7 with low milage. The dealer said they did all the inspectiions on the truck and that it was in great shape, with a limited warrenty 500 miles or 15 days on it but assured I would have no worries on the vechile. Well after all the paper work was done and I gave them a check for 500 down on top of my trade, I desided to call there bluff to do the fact that I have had experiences with dealers having lemon cars.

Went on a trip to test the truck and I'll be damned engine started leaking fluid and there was a front and back seal leak on the engine!!! I had the worst experience trying to take the vehicle back and getting my car back, these idiots said they drove the truck an there was nothing worng with it and never even toke the time to left the damn truck and look!!, so after me having to have to be rude to them like they where to me they said they where going to make it right and get me something else....but I just want to terminate the deal and get my orignal vehicle back.

So I take to a manager there name Fransico that was very rude and was trying to force me back into the Suzuki which is not what I wanted, so after I hauld ass to get down there to confront this idot he was gone... the "real manager" named Mark Martinez had heard the whole conversation and sent him home. He apologized and said they would make it right and all I wanted was my damn car back so these dumb asses put me back in loaner vehicle that I was already in for a week!!! so another week goes by still in the damn loaner and I had had enough, so at this point I was demanding my car back and they where telling me they could not find so I told this idiots okay then you have to cut me a check for what my car is worth.

Then later on that day after they toke my down payment out of my account for a vechile I did not have they did not want to give my vechile back. I kept calling and bugging the hell out of then until they mysteriously found my car and had it ready for pick up.... The worse experience in customer service and being able to trust these people..*WARNING* do not do business with these cons they are not trust worthy!! they do inspect these used vehicles and they make you pay way more than they are worth, If you go down to one of these dealerships have mancanic with you. OR YOU WILL GET PLAYED!!! don't be victim of these cons!!!
