I started with Msi Credit Solutions a few months back and never got anything removed and over $1100 later. I should have followed my gut feeling from the beginning when I read all the bad reviews and even them having an F rating with the BBB. The only reason I enrolled was because my representitive at that time put me at ease that he would personally take care of my case and would be the only one calling me. I went from getting emails and phone calls every two weeks to a month and then they all of sudden stopped. Well, come to find out the representitive that was assiting me was no longer with the company from what they told me which explains why the calls and emails stopped. I have called to get my money back with no luck and they brushed me as if I was doing something wrong by asking what is owed to me.
I really hope people read about this and stays away from Msi Credit adn don't let them try to persuede you into joining despite the bad reviews. There is a reason why this company has so many bad reviews every where. I will definitely be posting bad reviews everywhere so consumers can be aware of these crooks. PLEASE PLEASE save your money and do this yourself or find a better company.
