My son goes to school at 7 am mon through fri. MTS compass card keosk opens at 8 am on week days. Becase of this I have to reload his compass card the day before, which is Sunday. I purchased 4 day pass and asked to activate it the following day. However, MTS compass card charges for the 4 day pass starting on the day that I recharge it. Since the pass is not used on Sunday and I cant recharge it before 8 am on monday I get ripped off for a whole day's fair without using it. Please do something about this. In any other city you can pay for the fair in advance without losing any money, but after talking to MTS customer service I was advised that there is no way to recharge my son's compass card without paying for the fare on the day I charge it. As a result, when I recharge his buss pass for 4 day fair on sunday, I have to give up the cost of 1 day's fare that doesn't get used. This is a highway robbery
