Avoid using this company for town maps. The company had 2 forms of the correct information for our business and when the 1st proof sheet was sent to us it had 3 errors. We caught 2 of those errors on the first proof and requested they be fixed and send us a new proof which was one of their options to check on the sheet. We then faxed the proof sheet back and received a confirmation that they received it. We did not approve them publishing the information and they went and published it anyway without our authorization to do so and in the end printed maps with the wrong information for our business. When confronted an associate who contacted us back said it was as much our fault as theirs, and it's just human error, sorry. The company never sent back the requested 2nd proof that was asked for and acted like now that you have paid we could care less about what kind of job we did. I suggest you don't waste your time with a business that doesn't own up to their mistakes.
