We hired this company because they are located in Co Springs, close to where we moved. They changed our horses pick up dates 3 times, which wrecked our chances of getting our Summer camps going, as this horse plays a huge roll in the therapy for children that we offer. That is by far, not the worst part. Our horse showed up 3 days later than they promised, and when she got off the truck, her face was beaten up very bad. She could barely move her hind legs, and she was coughing and had a runny, green discharge pouring from her nose. I immediately took pictures, and contacted the company, only to have them tell me that this is routine, minor injuries, and that I could feel free to contact a vet if I disagreed, but they refused to pay the bill. I began researching the web, and found numerous similar stories about this company, some people even loosing their horse to death on the trailer. I am outraged that anyone could treat our animal, our baby, our family member this way, and I am making it my mission to stop as many people as I can, from using this comapny.

Nightmare

Still hurting horses in 2017

  • Oct 18, 2017

Still happening

If there were more regulations creating inspections... this ill treatment of the horses would stop. Amazes me how the same injuries to the face and respiratory issues are ignored by this company. Friend's horse ended up in the hospital for 5 days. Company blames the horse. No empathy from the company at all. Unbelievable. Horse was shipped Oct 2017.
