National Business Administration Reviews

  • Oct 16, 2014

National Business Administration. Here is a summary of what I found in talking to an NBA representative.

1. The representative was fast-talking, and by implication of her behavior and the calls she had yet to process, her income is based on a degree of commission. She did not "high-pressure" me, but quite obviously was eager to close the deal. All this was enough to make me suspicious as it should be for anybody.

2. I asked her what was in it for NBA. Her reply was that they raked off the first debit of my checking account for the bi-weekly mortgage payment. I asked is that all? She said yes. Of this I am positive. Elsewhere in these complaints I read that there is an ongoing charge for debiting the account. That jogged my memory. I recall in her fast-talk that she had mentioned it. But in my direct, pointed question she said that the first mortgage payment was all they took.

3. This company is a hustle. Look at the very name. It has "Administration" in it, as if it were some official entity. The rep told me they are a "Consumer Advocate." Don't you believe it.

4. Be very cautious with National Biweekly Administration. My view is this: If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is a duck. They are not a consumer advocate and do not have my best interests in mind. That makes a nice story and helps the profit margin. After reading the BBB complaints I am glad I remained cautious. Buyer beware.
