They claim that they have a quality assurance team that verifies the authenticity of quote requests before they are sold to insurance professionals. These leads are very pricey, about $30 each, and they are sold in bulk packages. The leads turned our to fraudulent. Contact information was incorrect in some cases. In the cases where I did reach applicants, they had stated that they had not requested any information, nor did they ever agree to be contacted. National Data Marketing promised to replace any bad leads with replacement leads, no questions asked. It turns out that National Data Marketing would not replace any of the fake leads, nor would they refund any money. Although I had purchased a bulk package, I was only given a small fraction of the leads I purchased. Since the applicants had not asked for a quote or asked to actually be contacted, I was potentially put in harm's way for do-not-call violations that could have resulted from my follow-up efforts with the sales leads. After I notified National Data Marketing of the quality issues, they ceased communication with me. They wouldn't answer their phone or return emails. They have essentially stolen several hundred dollars from me. A counterpart of mine made the same mistake by making a purchase from National Data Marketing. He experienced similar results to mine. There are numerous legitimate suppliers of sales leads for the insurance industry. This is not one of them. Please don't make a purchase, you'll wish you hadn't.
