I feel like a fool for ordering over the phone with an automated system. I am horrified that I got caught in this nasty net. I had to get my bank involved. They are crooks and I hope that anyone that is considering ordering anything from them.
Xxthose (nex*Xhose) is a scam. Don't do anything with them. They charged me over $60.00 in shipping for hoses that broke and nozzles that broke too. I was told by my bank that these companies get their money from jacking up the shipping and handeling. I'm sure it won't cost me $60.00 to return these broken hoses. I am filing with the BBB and the State Attorney General.

I received a package (actually 2) that contained personal pedis and another item, which I do not know what it is.
I cannot find a telephone number, I want a return lable to send this stuff back and for them to credit whatever account they charged it to.
