My elderly Uncle was approved for the Obama Modification Bill, to help with his morgage. Shawn Bailey contacted my uncle shortly after to help with negotiate between chase and my uncle. My Uncle has been making payments to him for a total of $15,000. A month ago he tried calling Mr. Bailey, and the phones were disconnected. We also have another friend who was taken for $9,000. Both of these people have worked their whole lives, and now have to worry if thier houses will be taken. My Uncle is a Vet, and retired fireman who served our country, and now all his savings was taken by a very dishonest and selfish individual. Obama is suppose to being helping those by this bill, but where is the help now? Chase has never even heard of Shawn Bailey. We are asking anyone with the same situation to please post on thos site. We are hoping to be able to find more people in our fight to find Mr. Bailey and the money lost. Thank you.
