National yellow pages is a total scam. They fake Yellow Pages from the name to the logo. Very misleading.
They sent me a letter saying I will get free listing on yellow pages site, but they misspelled my business's name on purpose and wanted me to correct it and send it back to them.
In the back of the letter said it was not a bill nor an invoice and I will not be charged for anything. So I did correct my business's name and sent it back. After a month or two, they sent me a bill said I was charged $361 included the service fee and late fee which I never agreed nor signed up with.
I do not want to pay to this company for their scam, but they keep sending me the bills and add on the late fee, and recently the newest letter said that if I don't make the payment before the due date then my bills will be send to the collections. I'm not sure if they could do that or not, but this is very misleading.
I need some help or answer for this problem, what should I do? keep ignoring the bills ? or should I contact someone to solve this?
