My wife had signed up to recieve the $4.99 free bottle of the Supplement they sell. 2 weeks go by, we start getting charged $84.95, after another 2 weeks, we get charged $84.95 again and no product. The website does not clearly state that the $4.99 free trial throws you into a subscription program. Want to cancel or get a refund...GOOD LUCK!! This girl (Nicole I believe), came on the phone and had the WORST attitude and had no intention of helping me.
Nicole was just a broken record, repeating, repeating, and repeating the TOS that comes along with the free $4.99 trial! I asked Nicole for her boss, and she said she was the boss...I asked who she reports to, and she said they dont take phone calls. Then, the ""boss"" calls me and explains the problem....even told me he was listening in on the call (Boss doesnt take calls...remember??!), he offers up a refund on the last $84.95 they charged,
but asked ME, to call USPS and file a claim and email him the confirm so that he can issue a refund on the prodduct that they said they shipped! This is a complete scam! Don't be fooled....this company is not endorsed by Dr. OZ or Oprah, they just sell a product that was featured on the show. Save yourself the headache and look for a livingsocial deal, groupon to get this product....cause once you give them your credit card info.....ITS OVER! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Of that's not enough to make you try some other company, This should; I lost about 200$ trying the "free trial".
